Benefits Counseling
If you're currently receiving Social Security disability benefits and are considering returning to work, don't let the fear of losing your benefits hold you back. With our benefits counseling service, you can feel empowered and informed about how working may impact your federal and state benefits, including SSDI and SSI, housing assistance, SNAP/food stamps, and healthcare benefits like Medicare and Medicaid. Financial Literacy
Our Financial Literacy Education program is designed to help you take control of your finances and exceed your financial goals. From budgeting to credit scores, we provide the practical skills and knowledge you need to navigate the complex world of finances. Our Financial Literacy service is tailored to fit your unique needs and help you achieve financial stability.
Job Development Prep
Our collaborative approach involves analyzing an individual's abilities, skills, motivations, and interests to help them prepare for employment. We will assist you in developing your resume by polishing it, teaching you how to write a cover letter, and improving your interviewing skills so that you can excel in real job interviews. Our service is typically a prerequisite for Job Development and Job Placement.
Job Development (Job Search)
We can assist clients in creating a support plan based on their existing skills. For example, if someone is interested in cooking, we can help them develop a job search strategy to become a chef or cook. Our Job Development service includes working with employers to increase the likelihood of finding employment. We have a vast network of employers looking to hire people like you. Additionally, we offer mock interview practices to help you prepare for your interviews. We will also arrange any accommodations you need during your interview and when you start your new job.
Job Coaching (Employment Supports)
Once we have completed the necessary assessments, job skills analysis and job development, and the client is hired, we will accompany the employee to their work settings. Our aim is to provide a thorough understanding of the job requirements and expectations. We offer both on-site and off-site services to those who are already employed and in need of further consultative assistance. Our staff provides on-the-job site training for any necessary accommodations or support, which can greatly enhance work performance and job retention.
Employee Development Service
Our Employee Development Service is designed to help individuals looking for employment to develop or reestablish their skills, attitudes, personal characteristics, interpersonal skills, work behavior, functional capacities, and problem-solving abilities to achieve positive employment outcomes. The service is tailored to meet the needs of our diverse customers and is influenced by the cultural diversity of the local job market, as well as the specific employer and work-site culture.
WBLE (Pre-ETS)
Our WBLE services use the workplace as a way to teach students practical skills that connect their school experiences to real-life work activities and future career opportunities. This educational approach is an instructional methodology that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their future careers.

We collaborate closely with VR agencies to offer our services to consumers referred to us.
We are a secured partner with the SSA and collaborate positively with Work Incentive Liaisons (WIL) who work in the agency.
We have been accredited for our community employment service programs, including Employment Supports, Job Development, and Employee Development Services. We are accredited for over 9 years.
